Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, organizers and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
Who We Are.
Pavilion is a ticketing and registration platform with the goal to help people to transcendence everyday life by visiting engaging artistic and lifestyle experiences. With our platform, we will help artists and art lovers to show their art to a large number of consumers and organize and host exciting experiences for visitors. Pavilion is opening up the possibility to everybody to escape daily routine and experience unusual life.
The Services
Pavilion’s websites and domains, including www.visitpavilion.com, and all of the webpages, subdomains, country level domain variants and subparts of those websites (collectively, our “Site”), all of the services available on or through the Site or otherwise provided by us (including our application programming interfaces) are offered, maintained and provided by Pavilion. We refer to all of these as our “Services.”
Users
Through the Services, Pavilion provides a simple and quick means for registered users who are experience organizers and hosts (“Organizers”) to create experiences registration, organizer profile, and to promote those pages to visitors or browsers on the Services and to sell tickets. Also organizers can sell merchandise related to those experiences to users who wish to make purchases (“Visitors”). We refer to Organizers, Visitors and other visitors and browsers of the Services collectively as “Users” or “you.”
Terms of Service
Terms of Use
The following policy sets forth the terms and conditions upon which you may use the Services (the “Terms of Use”). If you use the Services in any way, these Terms of Use apply to you. By accepting the Terms of Service and using the Services in any manner, you agree to these Terms of Use without modification and enter into a binding contract with Pavilion. These Terms of Use and the rights and obligations contained in these Terms of Use are in addition to and are incorporated into the Terms of Service by reference. Nothing in these Terms of Use shall be deemed to modify, waive, amend or rescind any other term of the Terms of Service.
Pavilion grants you right to access and use the Services for the purposes browsing the Services and searching for and viewing experiences on Service, registering experiences for or purchasing tickets to an experiences that is registered on the Services. If you are an Organizor, Pavilion grants you right to creating experience registration in order to promoting, managing, tracking, and collecting sales proceeds for, an experience, in compliance with these Terms of Use and the Terms of Service, and to the extent permitted under all applicable local, state, provincial, national and other laws, rules and regulations.

Fees
Creating an account, publishing an experience and accessing the Services is free. We charge our fees only when you buy tickets. All descriptions of standard fees on the Services represent the standard fees that Pavilion charges to Visitors. Pavilion does not control (and thus cannot disclose) fees levied by your bank and/or credit card company, including fees for purchasing tickets in foreign currencies or from foreign persons. Be sure to check with your bank or credit card company prior to engaging in a transaction to understand all applicable fees, credit card surcharges and currency conversion rates.
Pavilion’s Role
Pavilion is not the organizer or owner of the experiences listed for sale on the Services. Pavilion provides the Services, which allow Organizers to publish, promote and sell tickets for their experiences. Pavilion acts as the Organizer’s limited agent solely for the purpose of using its third party payment providers to collect payments made by Attendees on the Services with respect to an experience and passing such payments through to the applicable Organizer. It is the Organizer’s sole obligation to ensure that any experience page posting on the Services and the nature and conduct of the underlying experience meet all applicable local, state, provincial, national and other laws, rules and regulations, and that the goods and services described in any experience page posting are actually delivered in a satisfactory manner.
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT PAVILION IS NOT A PARTY TO ANY AGREEMENTS ENTERED INTO BETWEEN ORGANIZERS AND VISITORS, NOR IS PAVILION AN AGENT OR INSURER. THE SERVICES ARE INTENDED TO BE USED TO FACILITATE THE CONNECTIONS BETWEEN ORGANIZERS AND VISITORS. PAVILION CANNOT AND DOES NOT CONTROL THE CONTENT CONTAINED IN ANY PROFILES AND THE CONDITION, LEGALITY OR SUITABILITY OF ANY EXPERIENCES. PAVILION HAS NO CONTROL OVER THE CONDUCT OF ORGANIZERS, VISITORS AND OTHER USERS OF THE SERVICES OR ANY EXPERIENCES, AND DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY IN THIS REGARD. ACCORDINGLY, THE PLANNING OR PARTAKING OF ANY EXPERIENCES ARE AT THE ORGANIZER’S AND/OR VISITOR’S OWN RISK.
