Kendov dvorec, built in 1377, is located in beautiful old town of Spodnja Idrija and is a member of Relais & Châteaux. Once you step into Kendov Dvorec, time becomes irrelevant. In the tranquil atmosphere you will feel at home, although far from home.

You can enjoy our garden full with calm, intimate atmosphere…it is a perfect setting for a lunch, dinner or relaxation, with a cup of delicious herbal tea and a good book. Our cuisine takes you on a journey through the flavours of the local area with rich culinary tradition and excellent fresh ingredients sourced from local producers. Žlikrofi (stuffed dumplings), Bakalca (lamb sauce), Bati (cooked bread), Štruklji (rolled dumplings) are the specialities of the rediscovered Idrija cuisine that reflects a centuries-old tradition and cooking skills of our grandmothers.

Double room – Cosy and comfortable double rooms at Kendov Dvorec offer a view over the village and the mountain peaks above the Idrijca river. Room size: 22–26 m²
Deluxe rooms – The deluxe rooms are spacious and furnished with hand-carved wooden furniture. The tranquillity of the rooms, offering a view over the old village centre, the pilgrimage church and the nearby mountain peaks, will enchant you. Room size: 40–48 m²

The reserved room is available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and until noon on the day of departure.
Parking:
The guests of Kendov Dvorec have free parking at our parking lot. Prior reservation of a parking space is not required.
