If Organizer cancel an experience
Pavilion is obliged to issue refunds to Visitors in case when Organizer cancel an experience.
Organizer agrees to notify Pavilion of the experience cancellation as soon as reasonably possible and prior to the experience start time. Pavilion is obliged to inform Visitors of the experience cancellation and refund tickets fees in 24 hours after Experience date/star time.
If Visitor request to cancel a reservation
If Visitor request to cancel a reservation, refund amount is determined by organizer’s cancellation policy.
If you’d like to request a refund, please send a request through email firstname.lastname@example.org The Pavilion team is obliged to response to this email in 24h.
