Organizers Agreement
The following terms set forth the terms and conditions upon which you as Organizer may use the Pavilion Services.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: THE TERMS OF THIS ORGANIZER AGREEMENT SUPPLEMENT OUR TERMS OF SERVICE. PLEASE READ THOSE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY.
Fees
After Organizer defined Ticket Price for Experience, before publishing an experience, Pavilion adds 20% service fee on top of the price that Organizer sets, and that forms the full ticket price. Visitors are charged full price of the Ticket (Organizers Ticket Price plus 20% Pavilion’s service fee). Organizers do not have any cost on their side. Organizers are paid automatically 24 hours after Experience Date/Start Time for ticket price that they set in the system for all sold tickets, Pavilion will keep service fee of 20% per ticket sold.
Payment Methods; Payment Process.
Pavilion currently uses one type of payment processing option to collect sales of tickets for Experiences. and that is third party payment services PayPal®. All payments are processed securely through PayPal® payment system. Visitors are charged when a Booking is made, and Organizers are paid 24 hours after Experience Date through third party payment services PayPal®.In order to receiving payouts Organizer need to have an existing PayPal account to successfully use PayPal as a payout method. Activate your PayPal account, which is associated with your email address, before adding it as payout method. Find out more about PayPal, including how to create an account, at PayPal.com.PayPal allows you to receive payouts directly to your PayPal account. Once the payout method is ready, Pavilion will deposit your payouts to your PayPal account and you can view and access your balance on PayPal’s website.After Pavilion releases your payout, PayPal typically delivers the funds to your account within 1 business day. Please be informed that PayPal will apply fee per payout transaction.
Refund Policy and Process
In the experience cancellation, Pavilion is obliged to issue refunds to Visitors and Organizer agrees to this condition of refund. Organizer agrees to notify Pavilion of the experience cancellation as soon as reasonably possible and prior to the experience start time; and Pavilion is obliged to inform Visitors of the experience cancellation and refund tickets fees in 24 hours after Experience date/star time.
Taxes
You are solely responsible for determining which, if any, sales, use, amusement, value added, consumption, excise and other taxes, duties, levies and charges (collectively, “Taxes”) apply to your use of the Services and you agree that it is your sole responsibility to, and that you will, collect, remit and report the correct amounts of all such Taxes to the applicable governmental authorities.
Prohibited Events.
You may not post experiences to the Services that violate or facilitate the violation of any applicable local, state, provincial, national or other law, rule or regulation.
Termination.
In addition to our right to terminate your use of the Services under the Terms of Use, Pavilion may terminate this Merchant Agreement and your right to use the Services (a) if you are in violation or breach of any provision of this Merchant Agreement.
